welsh singer Noel Sullivan in the legendary jazz hotspot Ronnie Scotts. As well as performing in many
other London venues including a residency at Ronnie Scotts with the blues experience, Shamaine has also
been involved in festivals and is a regular face on the function scene. Shamaine is experienced in, Stage
technique, Vocal technique, Songwriting, Music theory and much more. Any level of singer and age are
welcome to learn more and generally have fun with their musical passion.

Originally from Dafen, Llanelli I have recently
completed a postgraduate dipolma at the Royal Welsh College of Music and
Drama recieving a Distinction in Performance, after completing a BMus
degree at the college in 2006.
For the past two years I have taught within the Cardiff area. Singing has
always been a great passion of mine, and passing this passion on to pupils
of all levels and abilities is something which I take great enjoyment in.
I teach a whole range of vocal genres and skills, one to one lessons or
group lessons. I prepare pupils for graded exams, GCSE/A Level
examinations, competitions and auditions, as well as lessons which are
simply just for fun.
I encourage pupils to developed a wide range of skills, including
communication with an audience, articulation and diction, charactisation,
sight singing skills, general musicianship and to create a stylistic
performance, as well as developing a secure technique.

Singing lessons/ vocal couaching is iffered on a
one-to-one basis in a purpose built music room/studio in Rhiwbina,
Cardiff. Lessons usually last for either half ot one hour and work on
singing technique e.g. posture, breathing, tone production, diction,
extension of range etc,. Most musical styles are taught including
Classical, Music Theatre, Pop, Blues, Jazz etc,.Students may learn for fun
or may wish to take exams. The Associated Board Of The Royal Schools Of
Music exam syllabus is taught for Classical Singing and the London College
of Music exam syllabuses are taught for Music Theatre and Pop Singing
exams. Students may also prepare for GCSE and A level Music and/or
Pefroming Arts exams.
I have been teaching privately on a one-to-one basis for fifteen years in
a purpose built music studio / room complete with recording studio. I am
an examiner for 2 music exam boards. Many of my students have achieved
distinctions in their practical exams from grades 1 to 8/ diploma. Some
have won "Highest Achiever Awards" from the Associated Board Of The Royal
Schools Of Music for having achieved the highest marks in Wales in piano
studies.
Most students who have taken music theatre / singing exams with the London
College of Music have been awarded distinction, even at grade 8 level.Many
students have won 1st prize trophies in the South Glamorgan Festival For
Young Musicians.
Many students have gone onto study music theatre, singing, piano,
bachelor of music degrees at higher education institutions such as the
Royal Academy of Music, London and various universities around the UK.
