Timothy has offered beginner and intermediate vocal
instruction since 2005. He is classically trained and holds a bachelor's
degree from the University of Rhode Island. His students are accomplished
singers who have sung at cabarets, baseball games, nursing homes, and
community theater. He teaches students ages 12 and up and focuses his
curriculum on using proper singing techniques in any style of music
including Jazz, Folk, Popular, Classical and Avant Garde. Timothy has a
strong belief that students should see progress in their singing, and as
such provides vocal assessments to his students to mark their progression.
He also teaches his students to read music and sight-sing in order to help
them learn new music faster and efficiently. Timothy is also a composer
and teaches aspiring song-writers how to get their music down on paper so
it can be performed by others. His studio offers recitals and master

professional coach allows him to work with students to not only learn the
techniques they need to be successful singers and songwriters but also to
develop long term plans for how they will use their knowledge in the
future to benefit themselves and others.
