Voice Lessons Seminars Coaching
We are about the human voice. Each human voice remains, for the most part, physiologically the same but
each person thinks different, feels different and understands their world different. Knowing this, the
technique used is tailored to what works best for each vocalist. We believe in a classical foundation
approach enabling the vocalist to healthily venture into their vocal style of choice. We currently offer
instruction in the following areas: Private Instruction: one-on-one lessons to move you toward your
vocal goals Performance Coaching: from first time performing to refining your performance experience
Theory and Sight-reading: learn how to read music and understand the basics of harmonic structure
Seminars and Master Classes: get a fresh perspective on your sound in front of a group or sharpen the
sound of your ensemble

I teach voice at my home studio located in Buffalo
Grove, IL. I earned my Masters of Music degree in vocal performance and am
a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. Locally, I
have performed with Chicago Opera Theatre and within the Chorus of Lyric
Opera of Chicago. My charitable work includes performances raising
awareness and funds for "Doctors Without Borders" and The Lake Co. Food
Pantry.
My teaching philosophy is to instill the student with the skills he or she
need to participate in auditions, productions and liturgies that are
important to their singing goals. My studio has a very positive, fun
learning environment. Especially important to young singers is to find
value in themselves in the art of singing and life - building
self-confidence and finding strength to be a part of a vibrant life around
them. |
