The International Festival Chorus (IFC) is a
Beijing-based chorus that includes singers from over 22 different
countries including China performing four major concerts a year. The
Chorus was established in 2002 with a sell-out performance of Mozart's
Requiem and has since sung a wide range of works including Western
classics such as Faure's Requiem, Bach's St. Matthew Passion,
Rachmaninoff's Vespers as well as the Chinese favorite "Yellow River
Cantata". In addition, our yearly performance of Handel's Messiah every
December has become known as the official start to the holiday season in
Beijing.
