Dear Isabelle and co-vocalisters,
This girl must have lost belly muscles. Since I started (over?)supporting, my belly muscles have grown. Now - like many singers - I can do the trick, that somebody can punch me in the stomach, and it won't hurt or even give in.
But this means that some muscles in the stomach region have grown, they take some place, all be this esthetically completely ok. I can even rember, that I used to test in the beginning, whether I had gained weight, because the belly region looked slightly different. My stomach is flat, but if I would like to get it even flatter and to loose 10 pounds or so, I sure would have to loose those muscles.
For the rest I think, keeping you vocal cords girlish (or boyish) is more a matter of technique than of fittness.
Best greetings,
Dré
