I found Zertec to be more effective than Allegra. I found I had to take
Allerga 2X a day. Proper hydration drastically improved my allergy problems,
above the usual 8 glasses a day. Are you allergic to anything you can avoid
? Also take a look at the recient discussion on HEPA filters; this also made
a big difference for me.
