mike i did exactly the same only without the water. Instant fix.
When I visited a doctor and mentioned this the visit became
quite unpleasant. i think she decided I was a faddist trying to
be smart??? Never less than half a glass either. If the pains is
serious enough you won't notice the taste of the vinegar. : )
