MP3's may totally change music how music is sold. The record lables may be cut out of the picture. Artists can record and then sell from their own websites. At the least new artists can get their music out there and get directly paid w/o the steep record lable cut off the top. The internet may make da facto industries like long distance and record lables a thing of the past.
