Dear Mr Gordon:

Firstly,i'd like to thank you for uploading this exercise in the
files section.

I downloaded and listened to the file.
Yes,i can achieve this heady sound.I actually use this technique
often as it saves breath.
However,if i continue this exercise ascending the scale,i fall into
the same old trap:I carry my chest voice very high(even till C5
while my last chest note is D#4).As a result i fill the upper back
part of my throat and my vowels sound strained and very loud.

However,even if this exercise doesn't work for me(at least now),it
may help other people in this group.
