For anyone interested… I found “Hickey’s Music Center” on line and asked
them to look for Belta’ Crudele and he/she found it. Since it’s only
$5 bucks I’m going to order even though I’ve found out through the list
Rossini wrote 3 different versions.

Rossini's "Belta Crudele" is available in E flat, for Medium Voice,
published by Classical Vocal Reprints, listed at $4.95. I don't know
what it's from, so I wasn't able to find it in any collections.
