Congratulations on your successful audition!! Never
mind that you didn't feel you'd amazed the director,
you got the part and that's that!!
Auditions are funny things. Some people are able to
sail through them, others get physically sick! I find
them extraordinary experiences, but never do
particularly well at them: I'm much better when seen
in performance. I think you just have to grit your
teeth and go for it! They're quite unrealistic in
terms of a 'job interview'
Still, hope it goes well. Keep us informed, and
hopefully I'll be able to hop along and see it!!
