yes, it is. i had an invitation a couple of years ago to participate in a
listening survey (for which we got paid $50 each), run by some supposedly
independent entity. it was flawed right from the start, because the only
stuff they played to get our opinion on, was the same "top 40" stuff 'CRB
plays all the time anyway. i don't know how much they use these surveys.
