Hello Rachel. I am certainly not an opera singer but I needed to know pronunciation and meaning of "Time To Say Goodbye" and "O Mio Babino Caro". I lucked out. I looked in the phone book for teachers of Italian & found the most wonderful person. She teaches Italian to English speaking folks
as her job but she loves opera. She was very willing to help me with these songs and any others. I also brought her a tape of the music so she could see that I often had to get 2 sylablles in one note! And she was fantastic. She comes to my performances and I always give her credit in the
program. It turns out she is one of the Italian language coaches for our local opera company. You might also try your local opera company and get a recommendation. It is a gorgeous language. Good luck.
