There is a web site which will convert weights and measures for you from
standard metric (which the rest of the world uses) to whatever it is the
United States calls their system. Check out a search engine under "convert
weights and measures". I recently changed web browsers and haven't imported
all my bookmarks, so I don't have it in front of me to give to you, but
there are several in cyberspace.
