Here is the translation of Pieta Signore... it's in a great book by Schoep and Harris called Word by Word Translation of Songs and Arias.. this is in the II book all Italian.. the other book has German and French.

that's literal and a bit poetic.. hope that helps.. you get the basic meaning but this is word by word.
