I NEVER used to be able to run for any length of time without developing a
sore throat--even as a child. I had the energy and physical stamina, but
hated what running did to my throat.

Only recently did I try applying more of a singer's breath when running (or
exercising in general) and now I can run longer distances without getting
winded, and work out longer than I would have thought possible. Anyone else
had a similar experience?
