Laura, what has worked wonderfully for me is the combination of Zyrtec,
Flonase, and Singulair (Singulair is for asthma). I admit, on occasion I
will skip a dose until after a performance although you're supposed to take
it at all times.
While on the subject, I heard a remedy for sore throats which is to heat
orange juice and add honey. Then sip on the warm drink which supposedly is
quite soothing. I haven't tried it yet, luckily no need. If anyone else
does try it, I'd be interested in comments.
