plunging in after a long absence......from the high
board.
here's the deal. i stopped singing for awhile (gulp).
there were reasons why but they are no longer.
now i am dying to sing except - i need help starting.
please dont write and tell me just start.
i made the mistake last week of vocalising for about
an hour - i was so happy to be singing and just didnt
stop - and was surprised to wake up the next morning
with no voice (never happened before). sigh. then i
got the flu (but that's over - so back on track).
i know i have to start out with about 10-15 minutes a
day for -- how long? i know i have to gradually add
to that - and gradually i will build my stamina back
up.
i am frustrated - how can i audition for a new
teacher? should i bring tapes of the stuff i was
doing last (adele, susanna, manon)
of course i am feeling very vulnerable... and i guess
cause i know where i was, i feel frustrated... too.
