Fiona, the first one that comes to mind is Schubert's "Der Hirt am dem Felsem," a beautiful laud to spring for piano, soprano and clarinet, and I hope I spelled it correctly. There is also a piece by Copland, "It Fell on a Day," I believe. Henry Cowell has something I can't remember the title of, but I know Karen will give you a much more comprehensive list than this.
