Thank you very much for this thorough discussion. The last time I was aware
of the "taste" of reflux was 17yrs ago, during my last pregnancy. I suppose
stress must be a major factor this time around.Possibly an ulcer and hiatus
hernia as well. Comes the new year and I will seriously explore getting the
bod. more alkaline through diet.I have already started taking serious walks
in the morning and a bit more "Quiet time".
