I'm glad to hear IUD's are still available and a viable solution for many women. I had a Copper 7 in the mid 80's and not only was it VERY painful every month, and most of the month in between, but it failed, if you know what I mean, after seven months. I only share this to illustrate the point many have made that each body is different and each decision is intensely personal.
