I use it very very judiciously ... I describe it as the sound you may when
the alarm goes off really really early and you say,
"uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't wanna get up...." That kind of low
gurgling sound ... if the only way to create it sounds at all constipated, I
tell my students never to do it again!!!
