"Opera Night"
Saturday, December 16 at Aldo's Ristorante, corner Winchester Blvd. &
Knowles Avenue, Los Gatos, CA.
Featuring Elizabeth Finkler and her trusty, rusty Sony boombox (which was
moved from the kitchen to the car when the car radio finished dying a long
and painful death), a couple of piano-accompaniment CDs and some Bulgarian
orchestra. Will sing from 6:30-ish to 9:00-ish.
Come on over, enjoy some excellent Italian food, hear Liz sing with an
accompanist who NEVER pays attention to what she's doing, and offer get-well
wishes to Pat. (Wonder how the new OSHA regulations on repetitive-stress
injuries apply to a church organist.)
