Subject:  Question about affirmations

These affirmations intrigue me...........I am definitely going to start using
them! The difficulty for me is that I am very hard on myself and find it
hard to state really positive things without feeling like I might be
lying.................

Anyway, one of my biggest (I think) problems is this raising the larynx
thing. I am helpless to stop it, and don't want to give it too much
attention since I have read that a "depressed" larynx is actually worse than
the raised one. Could affirmations affect something as physical as this? I
mean, if I stated over and over "my larynx will remain low and stable when I
sing" could my brain start believing this and make it work? I have
absolutely NO idea of how to get the blasted thing to stay down, since it has
probably been raising for over 30 years.

Just wondering,
Leslie
