And to be somewhat on-topic, they asked Dubya about his musical tastes and they are very much along the lines of country-western type of music.... he doesn't do anything else, especially not classical music. In fact, his one-word response when they asked him about opera was "No." And the wife of his running mate was the former head of the National Endowment for the Humanities - she has called for the abolition of that office as well as the National Endowment of the Arts (for the Arts?). I'm not sure what the state of arts education is in the state of Texas....
