Man Caio, you get around..............how do you find all this stuff???
Billy is a great guy and teacher and studied with Seth over the past 8-10
years or so. So, his teaching will be very similiar to SLS teachers. However,
I don't believe that he has become certified in the Speech Level Singing
Organization, so I can not "certifiably" tell you that he is Speech Level
Singing. I also have not went through his tapes so I can't offer an opinion
on those either. You will have to decide what works best for you and your
voice.
` Much Luck,
