<< I woke up yesterday morning with 2 very painful canker sores on my tongue. These usually occur when I'm under a lot of stress and are usually a minor annoyance. On Saturday, however, I will be singing the soprano solo in my community choir's production of Brahms "Ein deutsches Requiem". It hurts to talk and it is even more painful to sing. :( Does anyone have any advice as to how I can remedy this? ...or at least alleviate the pain somewhat? >>
If you are in the US, try Ambesol. It's an inexpensive, painless liquid that is quite effective, and is available over the counter at most any pharmacy. (As I recall, it doesn't taste great, but a lot better than aspirin...)
