Flute and Baritone pieces are very hard to come by (you'd have much more luck if you were a mezzo/alto). This said, there are some pieces that have no gender designation (I am presuming you will also have piano accompaniment):
G.F. Handel: Revenge, from ALEXANDER'S FEAST - for bass, trumpet, continuo (sort of the basso equivalent of Let the Bright Seraphim)
Vivan Fine: The Great Wall of China - for voice and flute
John Corigliano: Three Irish FOlksong Settings for Voice and Flute (not sure if this is high voice or medium voice)
Philip Glass: Changing Opinion - voice, flute, piano (not sure if this is high or medium voice)
Jacques Ibert: Aria - voice, flute, piano
Jacques Ibert: Deux steles orientees - voix et flute
Hans Werner Henze: Heilige Nacht - fuer mittlere Singstimme und Blockfloete (medium voice and recorder, or flute, oboe, or violin)
Daron Hagen: I Stop Again - voice and flute
Daron Hagen: Silently Dispersing voice, piano, flute
Substitute piano for harp/guitar:
William Mayer: Passage - for voice, flute, and harp
Miriam Gideon: Creature to Creature - for voice, flute, and harp
Voice and Trumpet:
Emma Lou Diemer: And I saw a new heaven and a new earth (Revelation 21) - medium high voice, trumpet, and organ or piano
Robert Starer: The Mystic Trumpeter - medium voice, trumpet, and piano
Joji Yuasa: Observations on Weather Forecasts - baritone and trumpet
