Lying is lying, no matter how you may try to rationalize it as merely
"fudging."
How would you feel if someone else won a competition (instead of you) because
they lied?
If that's what think you need to do to have a career, maybe you don't have
enough respect for your own abilities. If you want people to trust you, don't
do it!
