I started doing affirmations about a year ago. I thought it was an outright
stupid procedure.. My friend gave me a sign to put on my mirror which
read"You are never anything less than fabulous".
I promised said friend that I would read this aloud whilst looking in the
mirror ten times each morning.
Hey- I think it worked.
I mean,you have to affirm yourself or else all of that negative crap will
take over.
