Thank you Isabelle,
First I hope we agree that the abs
of which we speak, is belly-button to ribs and secondly,
could you please try to clarify for me, exactly what you
mean by, " the down and out and the in and up" methods,
just so we're all clear on your image. Your description of the
abs slowly coming in as you exhale seems to lead me
lower than the bellybutton and does not seem to
represent singing on the feeling of the inhale which for
me is centred on the epigastric area. Ta.
