What do you look for in a good audition? Are you looking mostly

All of the above - i.e. the "whole package".

Given that the mechanics of technique (breath management, resonance
balance, evenness through the range, vocal ease and freedom, diction, etc.)
are all present, I value an truthful, emotionally committed performance.
Bring all your ideas to the party and share them!
