Here, here ! I greatly respect the Dr's contributions to this list but I think asking us not to express our knowledge or lack thereof on this list is a bit much. No one, even docs, have exclusivity to information or the ability to understand complex issues. The only way these misunderstandings get corrected is if they are expressed. I have a disability and another chronic condition and I have been lucky to find doc's who are not threatened by a well informed patient.
