I have this same problem. I wonder if taking birth control pills would help?
Long ago when I took them I had no PMS symptoms at all. In fact, I was even
lucky enough to not even have a period after a few months on the pill. This
was long before I began to seriously study voice, and I was a young working
mother then so I have no idea if the pill affected my voice at all. I do
know that I didn't retain fluid, which I suspect is a major cause of the PMS
voice problems.
Any medical opinions?
