This is an excellent site! Interesting how the first competition I looked at
had different age limits for sopranos, altos & tenors, and
baritones/basses... Talk about ageism (or is it voice categoryism?) to the
extreme. However, I did find several where I could just barely squeak past
the age requirement. Never have I been so tempted to forge a birth
certificate! Then again, do they really check?
