Glucosamine is pretty much natural since it occurs as part of one of the
normal metabolic pathways (I can't remember which one right now).
However, it usually comes in gelatin capsules, and the gelatin is an
animal product.

Are you the same PJ I knew from Grand Rapids, MI, 10+ years ago?
