Speaking of Chicago performances:
Contrabassoon soloist SUE NIGRO, will present a recital for the Downers
Grove Choral Society, at the 1st United Methodist Church of Downers Grove
on Sunday, October 22 at 3pm.
The program will include works by Draganski, Rossini, Mozart, Ridout, and
Joplin - plus a short "jazz set" to close the program. Sue will be
accompanied by her regular pianist collaborator Mark Lindeblad.
As this is a benefit performance for the DGCS, there is a suggested
admission fee of $15.00. Please call
