Hello everyone. I'm a lurker as I didn't have the family or government support when I attempted my dream of studying classical music as a tenor. I went bankrupt as a result of my dream and now I live in a city where I don't speak the language but I am in love so I can remain living. I've enjoyed reading all of your posts as it reminds me of what I could've been, what I might have been in the past, and what I might be in the future. My question to you all is one thing what are the lyrics (en francais) to the aria in Carmen when the tenor sings 'La Fleur Que Tu M'avai J'etee. I'm going the poor route as I plan on singing around 150 ballads (as a busker in metro stations) that I've learned from MP3's and they mostly consist of Rock Ballads but I want to incorporate my dream of classical as well so if you can help me in this regard I would be most grateful. I think you can get them from L'Atelier du Chanteur but I don't remember the address. We all have problems but if you're studying music focus on the fact that you can at least do that, I only had a year and a half of training myself and I miss it very much. Thanks for listening.
