I should clarify - I am talking specifically about the lowest part of the
buttocks, the part that is almost between the legs - not the upper part of
the buttocks. CLenching (or if you prefer - and probably more accurately
- compressing) the buttocks at that low point definitely focusses
sensation where I want it. Clenching any higher is pointless. I could go
into more detail, but I fear getting any more anatomically specific might
offend some of the listreaders.
