Why do you condemn MP3? MP3 has made a 3 million dollar agreement with BMI and ASCAP to pay for each cover song played on the site, every time it is played. The site does not endanger singers and record companies. That site 'onlineclassics.com' is in violation of the 30 second ruling by the industry which allows a site to play cover songs if the length of the song is restricted to 30 seconds or less. On the West Side Story page the song 'Tonight" runs over one minute, a clear violation which DOES endanger composers and record companies. Watch where you point the gun before you pull the trigger.
