Say Hello to "Southern Baptist" Gospel singing! You are probably more
familiar with the more commercially popular stylistic offshoot: "Soul"

Like all styles that are based in mode 1 as a starting point, this
technique usually tops out about F5 or so, whether the singer is male or
female.
