I should qualify that, where I live there are noise ordainces. The guilty
party would get fined if the initial warning didn't stop the racket. If
you're not lucky enough to have the cops as an option you could counter the
rap with extremely loud 20th century opera!

Being "blessed" with a person next door who thinks it's fun to play rap
music all day long with the bass turned up loud is wearing on my nerves.
Anyone know if there's scientific evidence to prove that repetitive sounds

PS/ Yes, management knows; warnings produce louder rap; eviction may be
