Sorry, I'm still not being very clear. For your run of the mill baritone, the primo passagio begins at about D4 and ends at about F4. The head voice continues on to about A4 or so.
Of course, there are exceptions, and you have voices that extend quite a bit beyond that. This is where you start finding countertenors!
