The Canadian organization Théâtre Lyrichorégra 20 through its program
Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques/Young Opera Ambassadeurs is organizing
the eliminations for Canadian singers for the following competitions.
Other singers must apply directly to the competition.
Maria Callas International Voice Competition

Opéra Carmen
rôle of
Carmen, Micaela, Don José, Escamillo
Prizes of the competition are engagements for a rôle in the Carmen
production of the Aldo Baldin Festival on November 3,4,5,6 , 2003.
The auditions for the first round of this competition will be held
in Canada within the
Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques' program.
(The age limit for the Jeunes Ambassadeurs Lyriques program is less
than 35 years old, but candidates 35 years of age and less than 38
years old may participate to the Maria Callas Competition'.)
