Have you tried looking up Mr. Heggie's info in Musical America and
contacting him? One of my students wanted to use a few of his songs
in his senior recital and got to talk with Mr. Heggie personally. He
approved of everything and made the changes to the printed music
available. Maybe he will do the same for you. I know that my
student got his information from Musical America.
