But Matthew Broderick is not gay. He may not be the most butch man in the
world, but he is married to Sarah Jessica Parker and a recent father. I know,
this doesn't mean anything, but I think referring to his sexuality in the role
is out of place. JMO.

I certainly agree that the Barbershop Quartet was superb! I thoroughly
enjoyed the "Pick-a-little-Cheep-a-little Ladies" as well. Was too distracted
with the flamboyant Broderick, tho.
Peggy, do you think they were pulling the gay card with Broderick so he'd seem
more like the recent Robert Preston? That's a bit too far to reach in my book!
He certainly is cuter than Preston. Handsomer, tho, I think probably not.
