Oops - I meant I couldn't roll, not I couldn't not roll. I must have meant to replace the contraction with the word but doubled it instead.
I should've bagged the ed degree - I kept talking myself into "I will like doing this as soon as I have my own class" and my advisor convinced me it was a good thing to have to "fall back on." Oh well.

Christine: Now I know why we are simpatico!!! I was the absolute bane of my percussion teacher's existence (though that didn't stop him from flirting with me!). He would stand watching me try to play the snare and shake his head in disbelief, knowing I was doing it wrong, but not being able to figure out why and how to fix it. I solved the problem altogether eventually by forgoing the education degree and concentrating on performance!
