At the moment I'm afraid I cannot help you with even a general European magazine for classical singing. I will check with my teacher, since he is more likely to know than I am.
I will defend Chris and say that she was recommending CS to an enquiry from Canada, not your original one. I fully understand the need for a local magazine as there is a large cultural difference between Europe and the USA (which I have noticed significantly in the two years since my company was acquired by an American corporation. But that's another story!)
