Practice, practice, practice. The more you do it, the easier it will be to
pick stuff up at an audition. So why not join a dance class? There are often
classes for "non-dancers" or injuried dancers that are perfectly suitable for
those who can dance but are not "real" dancers. Anything to get your body
moving and your mind used to picking up dance routines! :)
