I found it using a search engine called "Dogpile" and entering the
following query in quotes: "Voice Spectrum Analyzer". When you put
things in quotes most search engines look for what's in the quotes in
the exact word order and grouping.
I have downloaded a couple of these analyzers onto my PC at home and
they work quite well for real time voice analysis. I have a PC with a
Sound Blaster Live card that uses the microphone that came with my
SmartMusic Studio subscription.
